Как открыть загруженную программу?

Я пытался загрузить программу на свой новый Ubuntu, но это сообщение появляется снова и снова, когда я пытаюсь загрузить архив с помощью Archive Manager. Я не могу найти способ обойти это. Что это значит и как мне решить проблему?
